LCQUAN Quantitative Operations — Analysis Under Regulatory Compliance Onsite at Your Facility (3 days)  |  702-010100

This course will help users protect data and ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 of FDA regulations when running Thermo Scientific LCQUAN on Thermo Scientific Xcalibur software. This course instructs users on managing data, data integrity, file structures, and security. In addition to general operation, tuning, and maintenance of Thermo Scientific TSQ Quantum systems, users will learn to perform quantitative analysis using LCQUAN. Course topics include: • Operation of Quantum series instrumentation • LCQUAN fundamentals and report templates • Interaction with LIMS systems (where applicable) • File structure, management, integrity, and security • Data acquisition and processing • Reviewing and auditing data • Software and hardware through hands-on practicals • Maintenance and troubleshooting
