Xcalibur Software Operations (2.5 days) | 702-001100
This course is designed to familiarize students with the operation
of Thermo Scientific Xcalibur software and encompasses both
GC/MS and LC/MS techniques. The course will provide users
with an understanding of the use of Xcalibur for both qualitative
and quantitative analysis, as well as instrument setup. Students
will be able to gain hands-on experience and work through
multiple Xcalibur practicals. Course topics include:
• Xcalibur configuration for Windows
• Instrument configuration
• Sequence setup and options
• Processing methods
• Creating user libraries
• Quan browser
• Report generation and customization
